Comprise mainly of disposable medical wear like disposable surgical gowns and disposable patient gowns. The disposable articles are produced to customer specification for various applications like clean rooms, Operation Theater wear & patient's gowns.

FEATURES:-
Depending on requirements-following variations are available for the drapes.

   3. SpLin laced non woven (on request),
3. Sterilization:- ETO sterilization and /or Gamma Ray Sterilization
4. The fabric is cut generously for an easy fit.

The lief range of surgical gowns has been Designed to satisfy the different needs of surgical staff. We make our gowns with a view to have good protection and comfort.

Lief gowns are generously cut from non woven material to offer greater comfort and ease of wearing. The design is functional and user friendly. Lief gowns are made to adapt to different applications and environments.

Depending on the applications, the gowns are offered on 3 different levels . The material is SMS polypropylene with different coatings for specific applications.

Standard Gowns: These are made for short and simple operations where the risk of contamination is limited and body fluids are not involved.

Special Gowns: Surgeries where the risk of bacterial contamination is high, these gowns come with an additional impermeable layer of reinforcement in the portion sleeves and front side.

Customized Gowns: These gowns are made to specifications given by the customer to suit special applications and barrier properties.

Clean room gowns: These are made for the clean rooms where surgical applications are not involved. While these gowns generally have antistatic and fluid repellent properties they can also be made to customer specifications.

Facilities:
The lief division has various facilities which help in achieving strict quality control and adherence to international standards. these facilities include.

1. Ultrasonic Stitching: We use ultrasonic stitching technology for manufacturing these gowns. The machines give a continuous ultrasonic seal which does not puncture the fabric. This property compared to the conventional stitching technology offers excellent advantage of high bacterial resistance and excellent fluid resistance In addition the gowns also have a superior aesthetic look. Conventional stitching is also possible and the client has this option as well.
2. Controlled Environment: The gowns are manufactured in a controlled environment which is regularly checked and monitored for optimal process control.
3. Sterilization equipment: The gowns are sterilized using ETO steriiizer. Gamma ray sterilization is also available on request.
4. Work Force: A trained work force of 30 work people is employed to manufacture these gowns.
