Pockets & bags are manufactured from 100% synthetic fibers, which are formed into a high loft blanket that is designed to achieve a low initial resistance and high dust holding capacity. The media is formed into pockets by means of sealing to assure proper pocket inflation and elimination of air bypass. AIM pockets & bag are configured to achieve even airflow, full inflation and minimal resistance.

The pocket provides excellent performance as a pre-filter to medium and high efficiency filters or as a standalone filter in commercial HVAC systems, unit ventilators, and fan coil units.
The fibers are not affected by moisture and therefore, synthetic pocket is a perfect choice for high humidity or intermittent moisture conditions.
Unlike fiberglass, synthetic materials are easy to handle and will not cause skin irritation. Synthetic Pockets are also hypoallergenic.

The introduction of spacers in pockets allows for even distribution of airflow and thus increases the life of filters.
The stitching technology for the pockets uses adhesives to cover the holes of the media caused due to needles. The use of welding completely eliminates the need of adhesives thus reducing costs and improves performance.
Ultrasonically welded pockets offer a host of advantages over the conventional stitched pockets since the material is not punctured but welded together without using any external adhesives. The product is aesthetically superior, economical and has much better tear strength.
