PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Sonic Rolls and Sonic Pockets are used by filter manufacturers to assemble pocket type air filters. The rolls and pockets are available with 4 and 6 spacers technology depending on client requirements. The Pockets are made, cut to length, depending on individual specific requirement while Sonic Rolls are available upto a roll length of 150 meters or as desired.

PRODUCT USE The SONIC ROLLS are cut to specified length by the users and stitched at the bottom. At the open end the spacers are spliced to a length of 7” and pockets are assembled in a set of multiple pockets on a frame to form a pocket filter. The Sonic Pockets are ready to assemble and allow to reduce the assembling time. BENEFITS The pockets and rolls meet all the international standards of test performance. SONIC ROLLS have the advantage of manufacturing pockets for non standard size and last minute orders. This helps reducing the lead time. Sonic Pockets helps in reducing the burden of high labour and reduced assembly time to manufacture air pocket filters. The products are made of polypropylene and easy to dispose without much damage to the environment ( 100% incinerable). The introduction of spacers in pockets allows for even distribution of air flow and thus increases the life of filters. The stitching technology for the pockets uses adhesives to cover the holes of the media caused due to needles. The use of welding completely eliminates the need of adhesives thus reducing costs and improves performance.
