Our in house capabilities include:
Meltblown Nonwovens
We have the ability to manufacture finest of the fibers. Our capabilities range from 1 micron fiber diameter to up to 10 M fiber diameter fabric. The fabrics can be made in various engineering and commercial polymers like PP, PET, SI Nylon, PBT, PLA and many more. The melt blown fabrics are available in widths of 1.6 meters.
Complete Lamination
We have the ability to manufacture composite non wovens up to 7 layers. There are various possibilities of Medias that we can use. The general bonding techniques we use are:
Ultrasonic Bonding
Heat Bonding
Calendaring
Hot Melt Bonding
Spray Bonding
Turnkey converting facility
We also have a turnkey converting facility to make ultrasonically welded bags which are cut to length and open on top.
Pleating Capabilities
Our pleating capabilities include the ability to pleat from ½” to 12” pleat heights. We also have the facility of hot melt adhesive lamination in house for the pleats.

Surface Treat
We also have the capability to surface treat various fabrics in order to achieve hydrophylicity / antimicrobial / oelophilicity or any such physical characteristic changes.
