The multi station system has already created a value to manufacture pockets for pocket type air filters in HVAC system. The Continuous Machine to manufacture pockets & rolls using synthetic Filter Media may have 4 to 7 spacer in between and side’s souls are being sealed ultrasonically in the same line. This line has the facility for over 10000 pockets or 30 to 40 rolls a day. This line is completely dedicated for pocket production.
Ultrasonic Welding Technology : The pockets are made on very high quality ultrasonic welding system which does not puncture the media in any way and helps in bettering filtration performance.
Welding Design : We can use a welding design suited to your requirement. For example in the seal itself we can incorporate a logo of your company. This creates a very important branding tool and will help the customer identify your products easily.

The Melt-Blown Line is a single step technology to produce fine fiber webs or articles. The system heats up and extrudes polymer through a die. The molten polymer is then attenuated by heated, high-velocity air and spun into micro-sized filaments which are collected to form a fine fiber web. In this process the fiber gets irregular fiber diameter distribution & also gets micro fiber pore structure orientation which results in to effective textile. The fiber webs then, may be thermally bonded or/and electro-statically charged to maximize the surface stability, strength or longer life and effectively more filtration efficiency.
